farmhouse home in the medieval hamlet of Larocal.
Set just 20 minutes from Bergerac airport and within 10kms
of four of the most beautiful bastides in South West France,
Beaumont, Issigeac, Villereal and Monpazier, Larocal is
the perfect place to base yourself if you wish to tour the Dordogne
region or Lot et Garonne.
The
house offers two beautifully converted bedrooms (one double & one treble,
both with ensuites (one with bath and one with shower). There is also a self contained
gite which sleeps two people and a further living room (opening onto the deck
with a double sofa bed.and English TV. Travel cot is available.
Guests
at Larocal can breakfast in the large dining hall or on the sundeck. Sip chilled
local wine by the 'double bubble' swimming pool or walk in the nearby woodland
or beside the sunflower fields (you can even borrow the dogs !)
The
house is peaceful without being isolated but if you want to do more than
chill
out by the pool car hire is recommended.
All rooms are centrally heated so come and stay summer or winter or stay with us while you house hunt.
