The house is located in the area called the "cingle de Trémolat" - The Trémolat loop in the River Dordogne. This area offers canoeing, bar restaurant along the riverside, walking routes, and more importantly impressive panoramic views.

The south facing swimming pool allows you to take full advantage of the swimming pool all day long. The spacious poolside area is ideal for your evening aperitifs, and the old yellow Dordogne stone of the poolhouse take in the sun during the day.

If you are a keen fisherman, you should know that you are in one of the French fishing championship locations (Trémolat). The River Dordogne is also one of the most well preserved rivers in Europe.

The pool house is also built in part of the old farmhouse, which lends to its charm and makes it blend into the natural countryside. It is entirely south facing and allows you to admire the sunset over the Dordogne valley.
